Tracking Order

• You will receive an emailed notification with a tracking number once your order ships.

Late Delivery, Package Lost, Missing items, Undelivered Package

• Once a package has left our production facility it is in the hands of a third-party. Please contact the courier for assistance.

• If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out to the courier immediately to initiate a claim. Make sure to obtain a case number before concluding the call.
