What if I need to make changes to my order that is currently in production but hasn’t shipped?
Once you’ve placed your order, no further changes to the product can be made.
What does production time mean?
Production time refers to the period it takes to make your table cover order in our production facility. The time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
As you customize your order, you will see your production proof in real time within the product configurator. Once your order is placed, no additional proofs will be provided.
What image file types do you accept?
We highly recommend you send a vector-based file in EPS, AI or PDF format. If you have a raster-based image such as PSD, PNG or JPG, please send it in the actual size it will be imprinted on your table cover. We suggest uploading the highest resolution file you have available.
Where do I send my artwork?
Simply upload your art file/s as you place your order and we'll take it from there.
Can I upload multiple files for my order?
Yes, absolutely! Feel free to upload as many files in the configurator as you'd like.
Do you keep my art on file?
Absolutely. We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other orders simple and easy!
Can I use copyrighted or licensed material for my table cover?
We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks and copyrighted material.
What happens if there is a mistake with my order?
If there is a production error, please send an email to hello@promotablecovers.com with pictures to verify that the mistake was on our end. Once verified, we will reprint the order free of charge.
What is your Refund/Return policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds. All orders are custom. TBD
